Welcome to Travel Villa. With roots in the travel trade going back to 1994, we combine decades of industry experience with modern digital technology to provide a comprehensive platform for your travel needs. Through our website, you can search, compare, and book domestic and international flights, hotels, Umrah packages, visa services, travel insurance, and ground transportation.

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Travel Villa website, digital platforms, and booking services. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Our Role & Third-Party Suppliers

We aim to provide you with seamless access to a world of travel. To do this, Travel Villa operates primarily as a booking intermediary, travel agent, and technology platform. We connect you with independent third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and insurance providers.

3 Bookings, Pricing & Availability

We work hard to bring you the best real-time fares and accommodations. However, because the global travel industry operates on live inventory, prices and availability fluctuate rapidly.

• Confirmation: A booking is only finalized when Travel Villa or the relevant supplier issues an official booking confirmation, e-ticket, or voucher. Placing an item in your cart or receiving a preliminary quotation does not guarantee the fare or availability.
• Price Adjustments: In the rare event that an airline or hotel changes a price, or a technical error displays an incorrect fare before final ticketing, we reserve the right to correct the error. We will promptly contact you to offer alternative options or issue a full refund of your unapplied payment.

4 Secure Payments & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and ensure a safe digital ecosystem, Travel Villa processes all transactions through authorized, secure payment gateways. We do not store your sensitive card information (such as CVV codes).

You agree to provide accurate, authorized payment information. For your security, we may request basic verification to confirm a payment is authorized by the cardholder. To maintain the integrity of our platform, unauthorized transactions, identity misuse, or unjustified payment disputes (chargebacks) may result in the immediate suspension of associated travel services and accounts while we investigate, alongside referral to appropriate payment networks.

5 Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and our support team is here to assist you in modifying your journey.

• Supplier Rules Apply: All changes, cancellations, and refunds are strictly governed by the specific fare rules and policies set by the airline, hotel, or supplier. (For example, some promotional airline tickets are strictly non-refundable).
• No-Shows: Failing to show up for a flight or hotel booking without prior cancellation ("No-Show") typically results in the supplier invalidating the ticket and forfeiting the fare entirely.
• Processing: Where a refund is permitted by the supplier, Travel Villa will process it back to your original payment method, minus any applicable supplier penalties and a standard Travel Villa administrative processing fee. 6 Travel Documents, Visas & Immigration

We want your journey to be seamless from start to finish. To ensure a smooth departure, please verify that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date and that the names provided during booking match your passport exactly.

While Travel Villa is pleased to assist with visa processing and provide general travel guidance, the issuance of visas, border entry, and immigration clearances are the exclusive rights of the destination country's government. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all entry, transit, and health requirements. Travel Villa cannot be held responsible for financial losses, ticket forfeitures, or travel disruptions resulting from expired passports, incorrect names provided by the customer, or decisions made by immigration authorities.

7 IATA, BSP & Airline Compliance

As an authorized travel agency, Travel Villa complies with relevant International Air Transport Association (IATA) resolutions and Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) rules. Where a mandatory IATA, BSP, or airline instruction conflicts with general website statements, the mandatory aviation rule will govern your flight transaction.

8 Platform Security & Acceptable Use

Travel Villa's digital infrastructure is protected under Pakistan’s cybercrime framework, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016. You agree to use our platform strictly for legitimate travel bookings. You must not engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, introduction of malware, fraudulent bookings, or any activity that disrupts our website or systems. Violations may result in account termination and appropriate legal measures.

9 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Villa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from supplier failures, airline schedule changes, visa refusals, or extraordinary events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure)—including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or major telecommunications failures.

We respect your mandatory consumer rights, including those outlined under the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.

10 Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any services provided by Travel Villa, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Subject to applicable law, the parties agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction at Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, Travel Villa’s services, or any related transactions.

Limitations on Exclusivity: This exclusive jurisdiction clause applies only where the courts at Karachi independently possess the necessary territorial, pecuniary, and subject-matter jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Nothing in this clause shall unlawfully exclude or restrict a customer's mandatory statutory rights, nor shall it oust the non-derogable jurisdiction of specialized statutory tribunals, consumer protection forums, regulatory bodies, or criminal authorities where applicable law strictly prohibits such exclusion. For disputes involving IATA or BSP participating airlines, applicable IATA dispute resolution and arbitration mechanisms may also apply.
